Obama calls the 2016 election a reality show: It's like some 'Love & Hip-Hop' stuff

President Barack "If folks wanna pop off" Obama popped off himself on Friday.
In an effort to drum up support for Hillary Clinton, the president appeared at a campaign rally at Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, N.C. a day before the end of the early voting period. Speaking to the crowd in the battleground state, Obama skewered Donald Trump's campaign run and the circus that has been the 2016 presidential race.
"You can’t have a president who, every day, seems to violate those basic values," Obama said to rally-goers. "And the problem is that he’s done it so much that it’s become almost normal."
"It's like suddenly, reality TV has entered into the race for the presidency," he continued. "It's not even Survivor or The Bachelorette. I mean, it's like some Love & Hip-Hop stuff."
Of course, Love & Hip-Hop is the same VH1 classic that gave us Cardi B, so we're not sure it's a fair comparison.
